Honda Activa 125 25th Anniversary Special Edition :So 25 years, that is from 2001 to 2025, many models of Honda Activa have come and they have sold a lot of vehicles. You might remember that in 2020 there was also a special edition that came for the 20th anniversary. I still have that model. We had made a article on that as well. And now this is the Honda Activa 125 25th Anniversary Special Edition 125 cc model.
Let’s see in overview what new features have come in the vehicle. Anyway, Honda does not usually give too many features, but this time they have tried by adding a digital meter here and better designed DRLs and graphics. Let’s see everything. How is this vehicle in terms of riding? That is the most important thing. Activa generally is very good. It feels smooth to ride. And according to me, from my experience, if you look at any two-wheeler scooter, Activa’s engine is the most reliable. The rest depends on personal choice. So today you will get to know everything about this vehicle. This article is going to be very interesting.
Price Details Of
Activa 125 25th Anniversary Special Edition

So let’s talk about the price first. Earlier GST on Activa and two-wheelers was 28%, but now it has become 18%. After full negotiation, including insurance, road tax, RTO and everything included, the final on-road price came around ₹1,60,000 to ₹1,67,000 depending on the city. For the special edition graphics they charge ₹500 to ₹900 extra.
25th Anniversary Design and Special Edition Highlights
At the front you get the 25 years anniversary badge. It is given like a sticker. They should have given something better. Previously they had given embossed branding but this time it is just a sticker. If someone removes it, it becomes a problem. We chose the matte black color model which looks very premium and scratches are less noticeable compared to other colors.
You get striking matte metallic brown alloy wheels which look quite unique. At the front you get a disc brake. At the rear, since this is a special edition, you get special graphics. Activa 125 is written in chrome and looks premium.
Alloy Wheels and Braking

The alloy wheels look different and premium. The front disc brake provides good braking confidence and stability.
Storage and Practicality
Underseat Storage
The boot space is small. Nowadays many scooters provide large underseat storage where two helmets can fit. But Activa still gives a small storage space. A Steelbird full-face helmet does not fit properly. Only a half-face helmet can fit comfortably.
Glove Box and Hooks
You get a glove box in front where you can keep small items or even a water bottle. There is a Type-C charging port provided. Two hooks are given — one at the front and one at the rear — useful for carrying bags and daily items.
Digital Display and Controls

This time you get a fully digital display. It is not a touchscreen but can be controlled with a joystick. You get light controls, indicator, horn, and a controller for the display. The fuel lid and seat opening mechanism are integrated into the same switch. When you press the seat option, the boot opens. When you press the fuel option, the fuel lid opens.
Fuel and E20 Compatibility

The scooter is E20 fuel compatible. However, fuel prices are still not reducing. The display shows fuel level, range, trip A and B, average speed, and fuel consumption.
Display Settings
You can change display type, brightness, theme, date and time. You can set units as km/l or liters per 100 km. There is also service reminder and software version information.
Idle Stop System & Eco Indicator

The green indicator shows Eco mode. When you release the accelerator in traffic, the engine shuts off automatically. As soon as you accelerate again, it restarts automatically. Live fuel consumption is displayed in real time. When you release the throttle, the fuel efficiency figure increases.
Performance and Riding Experience

Overall the scooter performs very well. It comfortably cruises around 70–80 km/h. Above 70 km/h it stays around that range and does not go much higher. Brakes are good, stability is excellent as expected from Activa, and the engine feels refined.
I have ridden it on good roads, empty roads, and heavy traffic roads. Stability and control are very good. Suspension feels good since it is new, but like previous Activa models, it is not extremely comfortable on big potholes.
Comparison with 20th Anniversary Model
The previous 20 years anniversary model had embossed badging which looked more premium. This 25 years edition has only a sticker. They could have done something better for such a milestone edition.
Lighting and Visibility

The LED white headlights are very bright. At night everything is clearly visible. The overall design and alloy wheels give a premium and mature look.
Final Verdict
I have told you most of the things about Honda Activa 125 cc. You have seen the special edition design and extra features Honda has added. Anyone planning to buy this scooter will get reliable performance, refined engine, decent features, and trusted brand value. Even though many EVs are available in the market, people still trust petrol engines like Activa.
